Subscription & Refund Policy

Subscription access is straightforward: you subscribe to a plan, billing renews automatically until you cancel, and refunds are limited to the situations described below.
Subscription Plans
eComrads offers several subscription tiers with different features, usage limits, and pricing. Details about each plan are shown on our pricing page before you commit to anything. By subscribing, you agree to pay the applicable fees on a recurring basis.
Subscription access begins as soon as payment is confirmed. Plan details - including what's included at each tier - may change over time; we'll notify you before any changes that affect your current plan.
How Billing Works
Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on what you choose). Your payment method is charged automatically at the start of each billing cycle.
By subscribing, you authorize eComrads and our payment partners to charge your payment method on an ongoing basis until you cancel. If a payment fails, we may retry it during the same billing period before suspending your access.
Pricing is shown in the currency applicable to your region. Applicable taxes may be added at checkout depending on your location. We're not responsible for any fees your bank or payment provider charges on their end.
We'll send you a heads-up before any promotional period ends and before your next renewal charge - at least 3 days before a trial expires and 24 hours before a standard renewal.
Trials & Promotional Pricing
We may offer discounted or trial rates for a first billing period. If so, the terms and pricing will be clearly shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Once a trial or promotional period ends, your subscription continues automatically at the standard rate for the plan you selected. To avoid being charged the full rate, cancel before the promotional period ends using the process in the next section.
Refunds
That said, there are situations where refunds are available:
Legally required refunds
If applicable law in your state or country entitles you to a refund, we will honor that right. This includes rights under California consumer law and other relevant state-level protections. Contact us with your request and we'll assess eligibility.
Discretionary refunds
Outside of legal requirements, we may grant refunds at our discretion - for example, in cases of documented technical failures that prevented access to paid features. We consider these case by case.
A few things to keep in mind:
- Before requesting a refund, try reaching out to support first;
- Refund requests must be submitted within 120 days of a card payment, or 180 days of a PayPal payment;
- Refunds are always capped at the amount you paid for the feature or period in question;
- Contacting us directly is faster than filing a chargeback.
Requesting a Refund
To request a refund, email support@ecomrads.com with a clear description of your issue and why you believe a refund is appropriate. Include any relevant screenshots or evidence - it helps us resolve your case faster.
We review every request individually and aim to respond within 48 hours. We may ask for additional information before making a decision. Our decisions are final, but we always aim to be fair.
